San Diego Fun!

Greetings to all!

It's been a little while, and Jack has been busy! First up is beautiful San Diego; where Jack enjoyed his first foray to the beach, as well as his first Giants road trip where he caught three games! Below is the video of his first dip in the Pacific Ocean, and his first taste of sand. Jack enjoyed seeing his Nonni Jacki as well as the moderate temperatures.

Since coming home, Jack has been hard at work learning to sit up unassisted (see photo), and has become a speed demon on the floor. Jack had his six month checkup, and he now weighs in at a healthy 18 pounds and is 27 1/2 inches long. In addition, his head continues to be in the top percentile (not a big surprise:). Unfortunately, he also received his first cold, which he was not entirely thrilled about. On a lighter note, Jack will be attending his first birthday party for one of his new friends tomorrow. He's hoping they serve pureed green beans and pears!
