Hello! Jack is 18 months now, boy does time fly (the picture of Jack in the light blue shirt was taken on his 18 month "birthday")! He is just doing great. He loves to copy those around him, brushing hair when you brush your hair, drinking water if you are drinking water, etc. He is such a joyful boy, he makes you laugh just looking at the faces he comes up with next (see photo). He has a baby now which he sleeps with, gives kisses to, and pushes around in a stroller. It has become his security blanket if you will. Jack is saying more words now and is trying so hard to copy the sounds he hears, we feel like he is on the cusp of a language explosion where all the words he understands and tries to say will come spilling out all at once. He has cut 4 more teeth, bringing the grand total to 16, only 4 more to go and then we will be done for a long, long time (thank goodness). Jack has begun his 2nd job of his young life, going over to his great-grandpa Jack's house each weekday to help mama care for him, but mostly to light up great-grandpa's face in delight with all his antics. Jack leads quite the life! The video is of Jack playing with another one of his toys "pengy," which he delights in carrying around and beating up.
